Title:  Event Operations Coordinator (Disabled)

Location           :  Ankara (Onsite)


Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing end-to-end operational processes for Medex Group companies’ participation in domestic and international events and congresses. Ensures operational excellence by effectively managing all event materials and vendor processes.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of at least an Associate Degree 
  • Preferably 0–2 years of professional experience in event operations, tourism, logistics, or procurement  
  • Preferably proficient in English at a level sufficient to manage operational processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Strong teamwork skills  
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized operational environment  
  • Organized, disciplined, and responsible working style

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end operational processes for domestic and international congresses, seminars, and corporate events  
  • Organize travel, accommodation, transfers, registration, and overall event logistics
  • Develop and manage event calendars while ensuring effective cross-team coordination
  • Ensure seamless execution of all event phases (pre-event, on-site, and post-event)
  • Manage communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and participants, addressing all operational needs  
  • Oversee vendor relationships (hotels, agencies, transport, visa services) and support cost–quality optimization in collaboration with procurement  
  • Manage event materials and inventory, including tracking, logistics, setup, and stock continuity  
  • Monitor budgets, maintain documentation, and provide post-event reporting with improvement recommendations
