Are you ready to take an active role in HR processes and contribute to a growing organization? We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the clinical research field, supporting the effective execution of end-to-end HR processes within the assigned departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes for assigned departments

Create, update, and archive employee personnel files
- Oversee the complete process of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Prepare, compile, and present HR reports to management
- Draft and distribute employee communications, including thank-you emails, announcements, and internal updates

Coordinate and follow up on visa and work permit processes for employees
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations or a 2-3 years of experience in similar role

Knowledge of labor law and HR processes in Turkey

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have

Experience with HR software or ERP systems (LUCA, ODOO)
- Knowledge of personnel administration and employee record management

Strong communication skills for drafting corporate emails and announcements
