Ability to prepare presentations for management and executive reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara
Knowledge of performance management systems and experience in system implementation
Solid understanding of Turkish Labor Law, SGK, İŞKUR and payroll processes
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong command of corporate communication
Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills
Minimum 4 years of HR experience
Advanced
proficiency in English
Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and managing end-to-end HR processes for assigned departments. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, personnel administration, legal compliance, training, performance systems, HR analytics, and reporting. The Senior HRBP also acts as a strategic advisor to managers, strengthening decision support mechanisms across the organization.
