The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for managing daily operational processes from preparing quotations for customer requests to entering approved orders into the ERP system. The role supports purchasing specialists in collecting quotations and following up on delivery schedules, while handling documentation, archiving, and data entry tasks to ensure that procurement processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Prepare quotations based on customer requestsÂ
- Enter approved quotations and purchase requests into the ERP system accurately

Support purchasing specialists in collecting supplier quotations

Prepare and organize order-related documents (contracts, purchase order forms, etc.)
Â
- Track delivery schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Perform daily data entry tasks for the department

Ensure proper filing and archiving of purchasing-related documentsÂ

Support the preparation of reports requested by management or purchasing specialists
Â
Must Have

Graduate of at least a Vocational High School or an Associate DegreeÂ
- Preferably 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or a related field

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
