Title : Management Operations Assistant
Reporting Position : General Manager

In this role, you will support the administrative, operational, and organizational processes of the MEDEX Group companies, actively taking part in meeting preparations, task follow-up, reporting, and internal communication management. This position also offers a high level of responsibility and impact by directly engaging with management processes and may include additional duties to ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Track the agenda, decisions, and priorities of the management team; coordinate with relevant teams
- Organize meetings, prepare content, and manage documentation and reporting processes
- Support internal and external communication; manage information flow and representation processes

Monitor processes through digital systems; provide data analysis and reporting support

Develop process improvement suggestions and take part in short-term tasks with different teams when needed
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong written and verbal communication skills; advanced English proficiency

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, discreet, and able to take initiative when needed
Nice to have

Preferably 1+ years of experience in management support or operational coordination

Familiarity with ERP and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and a responsible mindset
