Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing end-to-end operational processes for Medex Group companies’ participation in domestic and international events and congresses. Ensures operational excellence by effectively managing all event materials and vendor processes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of at least an Associate DegreeÂ
- Preferably 0–2 years of professional experience in event operations, tourism, logistics, or procurement Â
- Preferably proficient in English at a level sufficient to manage operational processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end operational processes for domestic and international congresses, seminars, and corporate events

Organize travel, accommodation, transfers, registration, and overall event logistics
- Develop and manage event calendars while ensuring effective cross-team coordination
- Ensure seamless execution of all event phases (pre-event, on-site, and post-event)

Manage communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and participants, addressing all operational needs

Oversee vendor relationships (hotels, agencies, transport, visa services) and support cost–quality optimization in collaboration with procurement

Manage event materials and inventory, including tracking, logistics, setup, and stock continuity

- Monitor budgets, maintain documentation, and provide post-event reporting with improvement recommendations
