Site Operations Manager

Site Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the operational processes of a segmentation-determined research site group, managing site teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role acts as the primary and competent point of contact (Orchestrator) for central stakeholders (researchers, CROs, sponsors, hospital management, etc.) and ensures that processes are executed in alignment with institutional goals, in a measurable and transparent manner.

Must Have

  • Preferably a university degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of field experience in clinical research operations
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
  • Familiarity with auditing, monitoring, and site management processes
  • Experience with ERP, CTMS, or similar systems
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational, quality, training, and reporting processes efficiently and accountably across sites
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Investigators, CROs, sponsors, hospital management, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage patient recruitment, delegation, and visit planning with optimal resource and time allocation
  • Oversee workload, leave, overtime, and performance processes fairly and result-orientedly
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and mentoring programs
  • Conduct quality checks and take timely corrective actions for any deviations
